default
Posted on Mon, 23 Mar 2015
Question: I have had upper respiratory for over a month that was in my chest and ear. I had been on Bioxin until Wednesday and I woke up to a matted red eye (like a spider web).. A girl at works daughter has pink eye and she was doing all the drops for her.
Do I have pink eye or cold in my eye? Do I use something over the counter or need a prescription? Do y'all prescribe medicine?

Brief Answer:
COnsiderations

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query,

This sounds like a conjunctivitis or pink eye. Generally this is treated with an antimicrobial eye drop solution.

I would suggest you visit a local clinic, urgent care or your primary physician for consideration of a prescription which will likely help resolve this issue quickly.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
