Brief Answer:
Suspicious of chronic urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX Good evening!
Thanks for your reply.

Reviewed the history and went through the uploaded pictures.
I am of the opinion that you have the features suspicious of a skin condition called as "Chronic urticaria".
Chronic urticaria is usually mild in nature.
Most of the time its cause is not known. However there are certain triggering factors like NSAID pain killers, insect bites, infection, heat or cold, stress, sunlight, exercise, alcohol, food or food additives which initiate its recurrence.

In some cases, there may be an underlying thyroid disease or lupus syndrome.

Following lab tests may be done to detect an underlying cause:
CBC, DC, Absolute eosinophilic count, allergic tests, thyroid function tests, etc.

For symptomatic relief you can take oral antihistamines like Levocetrizine or Loratadine (which cause less drowsiness).

The following precautions may help prevent the recurring chronic urticaria:

1. Wear loose, light clothing.
2. Avoid scratching or using harsh soaps.
3. Cool the affected area with a shower, fan, cool cloth or soothing lotion.
Keep a diary of when and where hives occur, what you were doing, what you were eating, and so on. This may help you and your doctor identify triggers.
4. Avoid known triggers, such as certain foods or additives, alcohol, pain relievers, heat, cold, exertion, and stress.

Hope to have given suggestions which could be useful to you.

Wishing you best of your health.

Its not Lipomas because lumps are formed very clearly on my skin.

If any chance is there to convert to skin cancer.

Please confirm.

Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be lipomas

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Good evening!
Thanks for your reply.

Lipomas will be soft to firm in consistency, XXXXXXX and located beneath the skin not on the skin, hence they are unlikely to be lipomas. However, a clinical examination is recommended.

Best regards.
