Question: My anis is sore but when I touch it I feal a lump I think I might have worms , 3 days ago I had some chicken that I beleave was not cooked correctly , the inside of my bum is sore I will go to the doctors but find it a little embarasing

Lump near the anus is most likely a hemorrhoid. If hemorrhoid gets inflammated, causes pain. You may also have itching and trace of blood on the stool. If you have strong pain when passing the stool, rectal fissure is also possible.
Parasites are less possible.
Please do not feel embarassed about it. Consult a surgeon. Most like you will need some hemorrhoids suppositories and diet improvement.
