Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Mr/Ms

From the short description given by you, it is most likely to a lymph node. Post auricular (Referred to lymph node situated behind the ear) lymph node enlargement is quit commonly seen in children without any associated disease. As you have mentioned it is pea shaped , implying it is small non inflammed: There is no cause for concern. They will slowly resolve on their own.

Rest be assured there is no cause for concern.
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.
