Question: I am experiencing right lower severe back pain, almost crimpling. In 2009 I had a kidney stone. It is almost as painful.

First of all sever lower back pain could be from the muscles, kidney, hip joint and spine.
If you had kidney stone inthe past, it is better to review its size now with the help of CT scan abdomen.
Besides you need pain medications as well. You may need prescription based medicines. Consuming water may not all be sufficient for the situation you are in.
