Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Constipation and straining can cause lower back pain. There can be a number of other causes. The back, spine especially the lumbosacrall region, abdomen and lower limbs need to be examined. An ultrasound of the abdomen pelvis, urinalysis and stool for ova and parasites should be done to determine the cause and treat accordingly. X ray of the lumbosacral spine or an MRI can be indicated if physical exam indicates compression.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
