What Causes Lower Left Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?

Question: Hello Doctor, I'm having a lower abdominal pain but when pressed the left side of my abdomen it's hard and painful and it makes me have frequent urination...Please doctor, I need your urgent response on this matter.

Hi and thank you for asking!
You are reporting to have left abdominal pain with frequent urination.
These symptoms are typical for urinary tract infection.
This is why i suggest to do
- urinary analysis
- pelvic/ abdominal ultrasound
Meantime I suggest to:
- use plenty of water
- use vit C
- use strowberry tea
If you don't have access to do the exams given above than you should start antibiotic treatment like Ciprofloxacine for 7 days
