Brief Answer:
Low back pain

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having pain in your lower back. This would not necessarily be a kidney stone. Usually kidney stones are higher up in the back just below the rib cage and can radiate into your groin. Also Kidney stones would be more abrupt onset and not gradual. More than likely this is a muscular or arthritic condition. You can try using Tylenol or any NSAIDs to help manage the pain. If the pain is severe then you need to be seen by a medical provider so you can get the proper tests to determine the cause of your pain.
