Brief Answer:
Get xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

If I am your treating doctor I would like to have your xray of lumbar spine in AP and Lateral view to see the present concondition of, vertebrae andin disc spaces.

So get it done and send me the report.

Till then have tab.aceclofenac100mg +thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day by prescription of your family doctor as this medicine is not over the counter.

Avoid any type of games or sports etc. till pain gets relieved.

Apply hot packs.

I hope you got the point.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
