Brief Answer:
Ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you need a transvaginal Ultrasound for evaluation at the earliest and then take oral contraceptive pills for 3 consecutive months after discussion with your gynecologist.
In case you have any questions about it, I will be glad to answer

Brief Answer:
Ultrasound is a must

Detailed Answer:
I understand your anxiety about it, but in case you are bleeding or spotting off and on despite of taking pills then an ultrasound is a must.
Don't take these things lightly as they can pose serious fertility issues in future.
Take care
