Brief Answer:
It is non-specific symptom

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Based only on the description, it will difficult to determine exactly which what might be the cause of your symptom. I would have loved to know how long you had been experiencing this and how frequent does this pain occur. The exact location in the lower abdomen would have been helpful.
But however, given that you are a 51 year old male, it will be good to look at a few possible causes such as urinary tract diseases (infections, stones etc), prostate related disorders such as prostatitis, tumors etc, digestive disturbances (dyspepsia, appendicitis etc) and abdominal neuralgia.
Given that we might be thinking in several directions as mentioned above, it will be best if you booked an appointment to see a doctor who can examine you properly and run some tests. After which you may receive proper treatment.

Hope this helps and wish you the best.
Dr. Nsah
