Brief Answer:
Repeat semen Analysis in a different , standard laboratory

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I saw the semen analysis you have typed.

Following is my reply:

1) Fertyl M is just a suppliment and an antioxidant which does not promise improvement in semen parameters.

2) There is no need to operate varicoele which is only on one side and small as operating varicocele does not improve sperm count.

3) Before going ahead with any treatment, I suggest you repeat semen analysis in another different laboratory in your city to cross confirm if its really this low. First hospital could be wrong as well.

4) Let me know the repeat semen analysis report so that I can suggest further treatment.

Regards
