Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.

I have gone through your query in detail and understand your concern.

1.Inability to get and maintain erections-This signifies loss of libido and low testosterone levels in blood. It can also happen due to anxiety and stress.
You need to consult a XXXXXXX and find out the exact cause.
Yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercises will be helpful.

Get blood testosterone levels checked.

2.Pain between shoulder blades and spine- It can be caused due to fibromyositis or slipped disc causing compression of the spinal nerves.

I suggest you to take methycobal and analgesic tablets for 5 days. If you do not experience any relief ,you should get an MRI of thoracic spine with whole spine screening.

3.Constipation and bloatedness- This can happen due to low fibre diet and lactose intolerance.Indigestion also can result in these symptoms.
Take fibre-rich diet with prebiotic tablets.
Laxatives and antiflatulents are recommended as and when required.

4.Loss of sense of smell and headaches-This can occur due to long standing chronic sinusitis.A CT PNS will help to rule out any sinosal or intranasal polyps. Consult a ENT specialist.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to get back to me for any follow up queries.

Thank you.

Wish you a speedy recovery.
