Brief Answer:
Seems to be viral fever

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi,

I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
This is very unlikely to be dog bite related. It seems you are suffering from Viral fever. Lymph nodes enlargement are frequently seen in viral fever.

The other common causes of short duration Lymphadenopathy are Reactive Lymphadenitis, ,Tuberculosis, Ebstein Barr Virus Infection, other non specific viral fevers. I suggest you see a doctor who will start supportive medications and a short course of antibiotics like Amoxycillin if necessary, just to fight any bacterial infection.

This lymph node enlargement should be monitored and co related clinically before FNAC/Biopsy is performed. FNAC is indicated in case your nodes don't disappear after a few days of antibiotic therapy.

In the meanwhile take Paracetamol for fever.

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
