Brief Answer:
Iron deficiency only. Creatinine levels are better low. Normal

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Low creatinine in urine is a good thing. It indicates a perfectly normal functioning kidneys. Creatinine levels increase only when there is kidney failure. For low iron levels and saturation, you need iron supplements and work up to sort out the cause of iron deficiency.

Diet rich in iron and folates like green leafy vegetables, (protein sources ) heme iron include other meats, fish and poultry, and other food sources of (vegetarian) non-heme iron include fortified cereals, raisins, apricots, spinach, lentils, kidney beans and blackstrap molasses. Consuming non-heme food sources with vitamin C, meat, fish or poultry enhances its absorption.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Khan

Low iron levels are not correlated with low creatinine levels. As i mentioned low creatine levels is not bad. High creatinine levels is. All you need is iron supplementation. Stop worrying about creatinine levels.
