Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing healthcaremagic for posting your query

I'm Dr. Sudhir Kumar,

I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern.
You have started having low back pain and left groin pain . It can be related to vitamin and trace element deficiency and weakness of back muscles.Second possibility is early osteoarthritis of left hip joint and early lumbar spondylosis (early degenerative spine) as it is common in your age.

You may got following investigation to confirm:-
1.X ray lumbar spine AP and lateral view.
2.X ray left hip AP and lateral view.
3.Vitamin D3 and vitamin B12 level.

I treat such persons visiting my clinic by
1. Analgesics such as ibuprofen for pain relief.
2. Diacerine and glucosamine as both of them prevent and repair degenerative changes.
3.Back exercises to strengthen back muscles.
4.Vitamin D3 and B12 (if these are low).

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
