Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before prescribing management and treatment do let me know about following concerns:

1. Since heart muscles damage is considered as one of the main cause of low EF, three possibilities need to be considered.
i. Whether heart muscles has become damaged due to direct injury to the heart [heart attack] or
ii. due to heart muscle disease [cardiomyopathy] or
iii. any other cause found in previous examination.

2. Since EF is less than 40% one must consult/visit a Cardiologist to check with his cardiac status to exclude heart failure.

3. Since for how long you are on anticoagulant and what is the present INR report?

4. Since you have undergone AVR, are you taking any prophylaxis against Infective Endocarditis and Rheumatic Fever.

Do revert for further necessary assistance.
