Question: my daughter age about 3 years completed , at right and left side eyes white dot like "o" and expanded around the eyes and some dots are raised on neck and some ware on body pls. give solution. Thanking you sir

I have gone carefully through your query and have also checked the attached images. There are two main possibilities to consider:
* Vitiligo - it is characterized by autoimmune destruction of melanocytes, the cells that produce the dark pigment that colors our skin.
* A fungal infection (probably due to Malassezia furfur)

In either case hypopigmentation or loss of pigmentation occurs as in case of your child. You need to take her to a dermatologist for confirmation of the possibilities. Based on the findings suitable treatment can ensue.
