Brief Answer:
Most probably suffering from otitis media

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you most probably suffering from the otitis media.

But to rule out other diseases and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for
1. Otoscopic examination of the ear.
2. Pure tone audiometry and
3. Impedance audiometry.

Above mentioned tests are absolutely necessary for better treatment.

Thanks
