Brief Answer:
It needs further investigations. Follow instructions please.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the consultation at my virtual clinic!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I will take care all of your medical concerns today and will put my best efforts to get you out of this situation.

Due to smoking tobacco and weed it is the Tar that accumulates inside the lungs and with prolonged lung irritation and inflammation it sometimes is associated with bacterial infection. It is very important that you go for a Sputum Examination and culture and sensitivity test. Your Primary care physician will help you for that. He will also need to go for a chest Radiograph to rule out cough and sputum cause. Pneumonia, Chest infections may have caused it.

The blackish stools may usually be due to dietary factors especially if you don't have a prior history of stomach pains and any gastrointestinal tract infections. You may have been on a diet that was rich in Iron content and they may have caused it. Sputum sometimes is ingested instead of spitting it out and causes this issue. But still it is important to go for an evaluation of the blood, stools and gastrointestinal tract. Ask your primary care physician to refer you to a Gastroenterologist for proper evaluation. May be he goes for a GI Endoscopy to see with camera, what's going on in there. He will rule out the cause and treatment will then go accordingly.

Hope I answered all of your questions. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you with expert opinion.
