Question: My 5 month old son has loose motion from last evening...he was ok at night..now start again at 5:30 am..done three times till now.he is on both breastfeeding and formula milk

What you describe is very common and generally nothing to worry about. If there is no fever and his appetite hasn't changed, you don't have to do anything.
