Brief Answer:
Following data is required....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

1. Can you please take a photo of your stool (with the white particles on them) so I can analyze myself?
Have you done any test so far (stool examination for ova/parasites? stool culture?)
What was the cause of diarrhea: virus? bacteria? parasite?
What medications have you taken so far?

2. Diarrhea is often associated with indigestion and appearance of indigested food in stool.
Furthermore, I believe, your doctor has prescribed anti-diarrhea drugs, in some cases, they are antibiotics and would cause candida overgrowth. A stool analysis and culture will determine the right cause.

Anyway, I need to have the requested information first before running into final conclusion.

Brief Answer:
Seems to be intestinal worm; lab examination to confirm it...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

Thank you for providing the requested photo.

To my opinion, the little white parts seem to be worms. However, I suggest to get a sample of your stool inside a container (can buy at your local pharmacy) and send to your doctor's office (or nearest lab) for examination of stool for ova/parasites and candida. This test will confirm/exclude worms.

I usually advise my patients to:
- pass the motion inside a clean toilet container or non-used plastic bag; not inside the toilet as it will give false negative results (will contaminate the sample)
- mix all the fecal mass together with a sterile swab (can also find at your local pharmacy). This will ensure that the lab will get examined all your fecal mass (beginning, middle and deeper part)
- then can put the stool inside the container

Hope it was of help!
Dr.Albana
