Brief Answer:
Sphincter & parasitic infection suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Passage of stools without any warning occurs in disorders of anal sphincter or some abnormality in the nervous system or nerves which control the anal sphincter.
Itchiness in the anal region could be due to worm infestation (pinworm) being commonest or some skin disorder characterized by itching and irritation.
A clinical assessment of the region is required.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a primary healthcare provider for further management.

Thanks and take care
