Question: Hi. After taking BP for the evening, 138/96. I felt this liquid sensation near my right temple area. Then as i was trying to get sleep , felt sore above my eyebrows. 4-5 on a scale of 10 . what could this be? History of me: neck/back pain, anxiety, TMJ issues, got over colitis, GERD/acid reflux.

Brief Answer:
Tension type headache more probable

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I am sorry about the issues you are experiencing.

Looking at that description the most probable category for that type of headache would be tension type headache. It is the most common primary headache (primary meaning with no identifiable cause). Often it's related to stress and anxiety. The liquid sensation is commonly found as well as the muscular tension which I see from past queries of yours has caused you neck pain in the past. Usually it is controlled well with over the counter pain killers like Ibuprofen.
Another possible cause could be high blood pressure, that value is high and might cause some headache although it usually is in the posterior area so I consider it less likely.

I hope you'll feel better soon.

I've been stressed a lot...from personal things to this neck/back issue. But thank you.

Brief Answer:
You're welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Well that can certainly have an influence, tension type headache is estimated by studies to be experienced by up 80% of people in their lifetime, rare in some, more common in others especially when stress and anxiety is superimposed. Stress and anxiety can influence your blood pressure values as well. Colitis and GERD which you mention have also been shown by studies to be commonly associated with anxiety.
So while as I said an over the counter pain killer should be of help next time you experience such symptoms, try relaxation techniques, perhaps activities like yoga in order to reduce to a minimum those symptoms. There are medications for anxiety as well, but if you can avoid their use by conservative means it would be better.
