Brief Answer:
Blood pressure change or neurological condition

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. In my opinion there are two main conditions that need to be examinated:
1- Posture change of blood pressure that first needs a regular measurement and registration of blood pressure three times a day and during these lightheadedness and nausea episodes for 4-5 days.
2- If there is no problem with blood pressure, then needs to be checked a neurological condition that may cause your wife's symptoms. I suggest you a regular registration of blood pressure 4 to 5 days and after that to consult your wife's primary care Doctor and to discus further examination and management steps.Hope this answers your question. Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
