What Causes Lightheadedness And Feeling Of Fainting?
Question: I get lite headed and think Im going to pass out at times. I can feel blood pressure rise in my head/face when it happens. I had a recent MRI, CAT scan, and blood test. Nothing found. I have lower back (belt line) nerve issue that I feel in my leg at times but Im told its not related. My stool has not been correct lately. I get an upset stomach easily. Can the stomach issue and/or nerve issue be related to my lite-headed feeling? Thank you

Feeling going to pass out (with MRI, CAT scan, and blood test normal), stool problems and upset stomach easily, Stress-Anxiety is a possible diagnosis.
Do you have lately stress in your family life or work?.
Drugs as Lorazepam or Alprazolam are widely used in the treatment of Stress-Anxiety.
