Brief Answer:
Probably caused by a rapid drop in blood pressure(orthostatic hypotension)

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this feeling of light headache after standing up from sitting. This is possibly caused by a rapid drop in blood pressure as you make the transition form sitting to standing. This because blood flows away from the brain under gravity as you change from sitting to standing. To address this, I will suggest that you make this transition gently such that the body can adjust to the change in blood pressure drop. Because this dizziness can result in a fall, I will recommend that you hold on a rail when making this transition to avoid falls and its possible complications.

Your oxygen saturation are good and very unlikely to explain these symptoms. Also, what medications are you taking for me to review and make sure there is no medication provoking or aggravating this. Also, do you have any recent blood pressure readings?

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
