Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description it can be related to diabetic neuropathy. Duloxetine and vitamin b 1 6 12 supplements be prescribed if so. NCS and EMG studies along with doppler ultrasound of the lower limbs can be advised as part of the workup. Blood sugar tight control would also lead to blunting the speed of progression.
