Question: i feel leg pain during all the day .but it get worsen while i go for sleep means when legs comes in rest position. on moving the legs gives me little relief.

I have gone through your query.
They might be "nocturnal leg cramps and most
often no specific cause is found.
Muscle fatigue is a common cause. Dehydration can cause it too. And, there are some medical problems and medications that seem to be associated with more risk for night leg cramps. These include some blood pressure medications, cholesterol lowering meds, and diuretics.

Try these precautions,they might be very helpful.
Make sure that you stay hydrated—drink six to eight glasses of water each day. Drinking sports drinks that have minerals and electrolytes in them can sometimes help the situation.
Gently stretch your leg muscles before you go to sleep.
Keep blankets and sheets loose around your feet so that toes are not distorted.
Forcefully stretching the affected muscle is usually the most effective way to relieve the cramp. You might be able to relieve the cramp by walking around, jiggling your leg, or massaging the leg.
Warm baths or showers may be helpful. Alternatively, applying ice has also shown some benefit.
You can take Capsule becosules once daily for 15 days.
Try this measures, it should be helpful.
