Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

However, in order to guide you more specifically, i'll be needing some further details, please go through the following questionnaire and try to answer them so that i can guide you further -

Since when are you experiencing this ? is this the first time ?

Which leg is affected ? is it over both of them or any one of them ?

Which part of the leg ? is it above knee / below knee / over calf muscle / around ankle or through out the leg ?

Is there any redness/swelling/discoloration over the area ?

Is the area paining ?

Any recent history of excessive strain over the leg/s ? any vigorous running/ exercise / injury/ stress ?

Any recent history of binge drinking (if at all) ?

Any past/present medical/surgical history ?

Any other problem ? is there anything which may be relieving/worsening it ?

Please note there are numerous reasons for such symptoms, so please answer these questions so that I can guide you further..

Meanwhile, if there no other significant reasons found, then such fatigue/cramping can be due to dehydration and/ electrolyte imbalance and/ sudden exposure to cold also, so please stay rested in side warm atmosphere, keep the legs rested, drink a lot of water to stay well hydrated (2.5-3 ltr per day), preferably XXXXXXX warm water, additionally drink electrolyte enriched fluids (coconut water, gatorade, electral water etc.)..

Awaiting for the details

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
proper details needed in order to provide proper guidance..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXX,

If your suspecting it because of dehydration, then kindly go through the previous answer where it's already explained, and just follow the advises for the time being..

You haven't provided any of the details already asked, so it's not possible for me assess if it's due to your leg muscles or something else..

If there's pain, take pain-killer eg. Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg just stat dose (means just one tab for now) after some food and observe how you stay..

Meanwhile follow the hydration therapy as already explained in details..

Try not to stretch the leg/s too much, keep them a bit elevated with a pillow, remain well hydrated, applying hot/cold fomentation over the area will be helpful..

Take Care
Kind Regards
