Brief Answer:
Musculoskeletal pain , needs pain killers

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Musculoskeletal pain is common in your age and due to age related articular degeneration. I would like you to use some over the counter pain killer NSAIDs and apply some heat compresses over the painful area, Rest for a while and see if it helps. Try to stay mobilised and keep the range of mobility.

If the pain persists talk to your GP and let them prescribe you some stronger pain meds and work you up even if necessary. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
