What Causes Leg And Arm Muscle Pain?
Question: today I have been having mostly leg & arm muscle pain

I read your question and i understand your concern. Musculoskeletal pain is common in your age and due to age related articular degeneration. I would like you to use some over the counter pain killer NSAIDs and apply some heat compresses over the painful area, Rest for a while and see if it helps. Try to stay mobilised and keep the range of mobility.
