Brief Answer:
Pain from GERD,should repeat ECG later...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested lab reports.

1. Your ECG report is generated from the machine. Your diagnosis is not confirmed by your cardiologist.

Please take note that machine-generated reports are not taken into account in all cases, that's why a second opinion from cardiologist and second ECG is recommended when you'll have no pain.

So far, the ECG did not detect any cardiovascular event.

2. So, the pain you are having on left chest wall radiating between your shoulder blades is due to GERD you've been diagnosed.

Good medical treatment is recommended:
- antacids after meal
- PPIs (e.g. pantoprazole) to reduce stomach hyperacidity

Diet and lifestyle changes are highly recommended:
- do not lay down immediately after eating
- avoid foods that would increase hyperacidity: onion, tomato sauce, chilly, spicy, mint, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, etc.
Should see which particular food/drink is causing you to have pain by yourself.
- have frequent meals with small portions
- have your dinner at least 4 hours before going to bed
- avoid tight clothing
- sleep on left side as it will give a more relief as compared to sleeping on right side
- sleep with extra pillow (raise your head from shoulders)

3. If you take any medication on daily basis, please write down the names, as there are some meds that would aggravate GERD pain.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can be of further help.
