What Causes Large Size Of Testicles And Shrinking Penis?
Question: Hi there I am 25 and my testicles have become slightly bigger and the scrotum is tight. But when i was 19-23 they hung nice..but it seems like my penis is getting smaller as well, i got a frenulum piercing about 7 months ago and i wasn't aloud to masterbate or have sex for 3 months which i wasn't use too and now im just getting a little concerned please help.

Penis is erectile tissue, it consists of loose space: Filling of this spaces with blood which is usually associated with blood engorgement causes erection. Penis does not regress in size.
Testis stop growing after age of 20 years. The relative alteration in size is likely to be alteration in size of scrotum, which depends on surrounding temperature and clothing. The scrotum appears big during hot and humid state. It appears small when the surrounding is cold. It is due to cremaster muscle present in scrotal wall.
Going by your description, I do not find any reason you should be worried about. It would be helpful if you could get back to me with clinical photograph for further assessment. Also provide me following additional information
1. Do you experience pain or discomfort in testis?
2. What is the type of undergarments you wear: wearing loose ones will predispose to varicocele due to improperly supported testis
