Question: large facial swelling; hot to touch, moved into jaw bone yesterday. today lump on face is huge, looks like giant abscess...swelling has extended to double chin area, neck, and now have painful swollen lymph nods in jaw, neck, and collar bones.

I have gone through your complaints and according to me you seem to be having cellulitis which is bacterial infection of the skin and the soft tissue.
You need to take oral and topical antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral antibiotics like tablet containing combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid combination 625 mg twice daily for 7 days and apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected areas twice daily.
For pain and swelling take medicine containing serratiopeptidase and diclofenac combination twice daily for 5 days.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
