What Causes Lack Of Vaginal Bleeding Despite Taking Unwanted Kit?
Question: Hi I am 5 weeks pregnant and taken unwanted kit but even after 72 hours bleeding didn't start please tell me what to do I am feeling very depressed and also my mood swinging

You are NOT supposed to take UNWANTED KIT( which contains levonorgestrel) once you are a pregnant.This drug will help the pregnancy to sustain rather than causing it to disrupt.
Mood swings are the expected side effects with this drug.
All you currently need is a First-trimester MTP-medical termination of pregancy.For this, I generally recommend an Oral tablet of Mifepristone 200 mg followed 48 hrs later by 800 mcg of Misoprostol(4 tablets of 200mcg each) intravaginally.
This will cause absolute elimination of products of conception in 98% cases.Vaginal bleed occurs in 2-4 days following intake of Misoprostol.
This is the currently followed regimen advocated WHO(world health organization). A transvaginal ultrasound has to be done both prior to drug intake and after 7-10 days of bleeding to confirm successful induced abortion.
Please check with your doctor if he can prescribe this WHO 2 drug regimen to you to induce MTP.

Thanks for your reply i already take this the producr name is unwanted mtp kit which containa these tableta the first tablet i took on 2nd september and took all dose according to prescription writtern on it Mifepristone 200 mg followed 48 hrs later by 800 mcg of Misoprostol but still I didint get bleedind however white discharge coming out since I took first tablet I also have a cyst 8 cm long in my ovary
