What Causes Lack Of Sperms In Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question: Saw sperm in semen under microscope like millions of them. Saw 0 in pre ejaculate why is that?

Pre-ejaculate ---->not necessarily to contain sperms as its primarily of the glandular i.e seminal vesicular fluid,secretion depends on your neuropsychiatric control..Sperm life is 24 to 48 hours..But still it may contain few of the sperms(either normal or abnormal) provided if you indulge in active sexual life.High resolution microscope can pick those few..

Semen --->Complete collection i.e sperms + nourishment fluid(prostate) + Seminal vesicular fluid(to keep it swimming) + little pus cells/urinary epithelial cells...

Well the scope I have sees the ones in semen no problem. I even use staining solution for pre ejaculate and theres nothing moving. I feel like if there was any I would be able to see them even if only a couple million

Hai again.

Thank you for the update

The Motility could have got affected due to blue stain(as it interferes with the energy meridian)
You should have used Acetic acid stain to detect if there were any active sperms(that too rare in Preejaculate)

I would suggest to go for a complete semen analysis(Early morning sample) after 3 days of abstinence from sexual activity
