What Causes Lack Of Orgasm During Intercourse And Masturbation?

default
Posted on Fri, 13 May 2016
Question: I am unable to orgasm at all during sex or from masturbation. Even in a state of complete arousal I can never climax, it just reaches a certain point and flatlines. This has happened enough of me to know that it isn't for a lack of arousal or anything. Is there any medication or treatment for this type of thing?

Brief Answer:
No specific medication.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
It is normal for women not to climax during every intercourse or masturbation. Most women need about 20 minutes of arousal time to reach the 'orgasmic platform,' when the clitoris is most sensitive and the body is primed for stimulation. Adequate foreplay is a must. Proper stimulation of the G spot will stimulate the nerve endings causing an orgasm. There is no specific medicine to make you feel an orgasm. Gradually you will learn the techniques and enjoy.

Wishing you good health.

Its not for lack of stimulation and blood flow, though. I can literally feel a pulse after Ive masturbated, yet the "release" feeling that ive heard so much about never happens. Im very confused

Brief Answer:
Needs more stimulation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Feeling the pulse is not sufficient. You need to stimulate the clitoris to have that release feeling. It is all in the nerves. Medicines cannot help in bringing it faster.
Hope my answer is helpful.
