Brief Answer:
You may not get pregnant.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Your period maybe delayed due to side effects of I-pill due to hormonal imbalance cause by it( contains high doses of hormone in it).
So wait and watch for your menses and if delayed by 7 days from your expected period date, get your pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more questions.
Good luck.
Regards
