Question: My daughter is 23 years old and she feel lack of energy, feel to vomit or feel to go toilet. She feels this anytime and sometime after food.

1. urea breath test for H.pylori
2. stool test for occult blood
3. thyroid profile ( particularly if menses are irregular)

meanwhile:
- she may have soft food and small meals
- OTC drugs
1. motilium ( for three days; once daily before breakfast or twice daily if vomiting symptoms are persistent)
2. famotidine or esomeprazole 20mg once daily before breakfast

- fresh juice intake is recommended
