Brief Answer:
Neurologic and thyroid function evaluation needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion there is need for neurologic evaluation and brain imaging study ( head CT or MRI) in order to assess any delayed traumatic brain damage conseguence.

Lack of energy and confused state may be conseguence of low thyroid gland function.

I suggest you to discuss with your primary care Doctor your concerns and tests needed ( brain MRI, thyroid function tests, TSH, FT3,FT4) in orders to achieve a correct diagnosis of your problem.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
