Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry this could be due to tongue tie

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank for your query with HCM,

I request you not to get panicked with this.

Usually in some children you see this problem due to so called tongue tie, which is a mucosal attachment of tongue to the floor of the mouth. Sometimes this attachment could be at higher level I mean till to the tip of the tongue which results in causing this problem. But this is a correctable issue hence I request you to visit your pedodontist for thorough clinical examination and the best suggestion along with the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction

Regards
Dr Ramesh
