Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

The knee pain and raised ESR do go in favour of some form of inflammatory arthritis. I would like to ask you a few more details before I can guide you further

1. Duration of the knee pain

2. Does she have swelling also

3. Any other joints affected apart from the knee

4. How long has she been on homeopathy medications?

5. Any other symptoms of backache/neck pain?

6./ Any history of oral ulcers/rashes/hair fall or loose motions/Urine infection in the recent past.

7. Do you have any other blood tests available?if you could attach them it would be helpful

Well the raised ESR and knee pain do go in with some form of inflammatory arthritis. We need to figure out which way we are heading, so we can decide on medications for long term. TIll then you can try her with Combiflam and hot fermnetation

Do let me know these queries. Would be happy to guide you

Brief Answer:
Cause of raised ESR

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well,a joint pain and swelling going on for 3 years could be due to OSteoarthritis. Considering her age( 37), it is a bit early to start with but it can happen at times in younger age group especially if they have a family history.

But yes, The ESR is very high and one cant ignore it. AT times, it does happen some form of inflammatory arthritis can present in pain and swelling in just 1 joint. I would suggest you to do a few more tests, to be sure it is not Rheumatoid arthritis we are dealing with:

1. C Reactive Protein
2. Rheumatoid FActor
3. Anti CCP antibody
4. X RAy of both knees( AP and lateral view) ( standing posture)
5. X Ray of chest

Kindly do these tests, and it would give us a fair idea where we are heading. You can continue the homeopathy medications for time being if they are providing her relief. If not, do let me know Will suggest you the other medication

Hope the information was useful

Brief Answer:
Raised ESR

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Well, there is something you need to understand here. Raised ESR is an indication for some form of infection or inflammation going on in the body. Considering knee pain and swelling, probably some process is going on there. SO once we treat that, it will get better.

To figure out what exactly is going on, I had recommended those tests as they would decide how strong of medications and how long medications she needs to take. SO you can get them done. Meanwhile, you can start her on TAblet Nucoxia 90 mg once a day. I would suggest you consult a Rheumatologist around you as well, as the examination definitely gives it a superior advantage.

Hope the information was useful
