Brief Answer:
Pyelonephritis

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Kidney discomfort and milky urine suggests infection of the kidney. Here are my suggestions to you

1. get a urine routine and a urine culture done immediately
2. You will need treatment with intravenous antibiotics for 14 days
3. I get a cat scan of the kidneys to rule out serious infection
4. green stools is most often due to colouring agent used in food however very severe infection can affect the liver which can also cause green stools

please do not ignore this any further approach your physician immediately

Regards
