Brief Answer:
Not likely to be related to Lexapro.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The joint pains that you are having are less likely to be related to lexapro. This can be related to low levels of calcium or vitamin D3 or arthralgia - can be related to a recent viral infection. You can start with a mild pain killer and see if it helps. IN case the pain is persistent then do consult a rheumatologist for a detailed evaluation.

I hope this answers your query.
