What Causes Joint And Muscle Pain?

Question: Hi Sir, I am having joint and muscle pain from last 5 month. I did the Arthiris & vitamin tests. In report doctor found that it is because of vitamin D & B-12 defieciency. I had B-12 injections & took medicine for vitamin D. I am feeling better but not absolute fine. Feels always tiredness and pain in the body. Please suggest me some good medicines for this.

Brief Answer: Description below. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXXXX I have gone through the report attached. For Vit D you can take calcerol XXXXXXX with a glass of milk weekly. For vit B12 you can take neurobion tablets once daily. Take these supplements after prescription by your doctor. I suggest you to get these level checked again to know the recent status . Eat a diet rich in fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, nuts, milk, eggs, pulses and cereals. Drink 1-2 litres of water daily. Do brisk walking exercise for 40 minutes daily. Get 6-8 hours of refreshing sleep daily. Wishing you healthy life.. Warm regards.

Hi Sir, Thank You So much for helping me. Presently i am taking 'Cholecalciferol' XXXXXXX for Vit-D and Neurokind Plus Capsules for B-12. And it has been around 7 month but haven't yet overcome of this muscles & joint pain. Shall i start to use the medicines prescribed by you. Can i go for Gym for exercise and can i perform all types of exercises there?

Brief Answer: Avoid weight bearing exercises. Detailed Answer: Hi, As it has been around 7 month, I suggest you to get recent vit D and B12 level done. According to that maintenance dose of these supplements can be given. Avoid weight bearing exercises. Do only mild aerobics which does not put too much strain. You can discuss about this with your Gym instructor. I would suggest you to try swimming as this will help in joint pain.
