Question: hello doctor---i m a woman 26age,,,few days ago my upper lips(philtrum area) s some time itchy nd it red white patchy

what can i do?tell me some medication--i use evion cream but it doesnt work

I have gone through your complaints and if I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and liberal application of a moisturising cream on the entire face 2-3 times in a day.

For blackheads apply adapelene 0.1 percent gel at night and on the marks you can use glycolic acid 6 percent cream at night.
