Brief Answer:
Itchy nipple

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Atopic dermatitis is a common cause of itchy nipple and can be contributed by contact with cloth of artificial fibers, cleaning agents used for clothing, body perfumes, soaps used, wool fibers etc

Dryness of skin common in old age due to lack of sweat glands can also cause your nipples to itch.

Paget disease of the breast, a rare form of cancer, causes breast and nipple itching.Early Paget disease symptoms can mimic atopic dermatitis or eczema.

Declining testosterone levels and an increase in the level of subcutaneous fatty tissue seen as part of the normal aging process can lead to gynecomastia in older men. This is also known as senile gynecomastia. In such cases nipples may itch.

Treatment will depend on the cause.

Is there any nipple discharge?
