Brief Answer:
Eczematous skin condition,take treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
Your partner seems to have developed a localised eczematous reaction called pompholyx.
It is basically an itchy skin condition .
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily .
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
The lesions should heal in three to five days .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
