Question: Ive been partying a lot lately becsuse im in . I dont know if thats why but i have these weird bumps now. They dont itch. And i did sleep in my friends bed and i have sensitive skin coukd it be from her different type of laundry detergent. Im very worried

I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photograph.
These bumps seems to be acneform eruption.
It doesn't seem to be related to laundry detergent.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the bumps twice daily for 2 weeks.
It is a prescription drug and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
