What Causes Itching Under The Scrotum?

I am having an itching under my scrotum and have been applying Zimig Cream for few months now and Ciplectin tablet. I am not taking the tablet as I feel drousy next day morning. I apply Zimig cream morning and night. The other issue i face is after an intercourse with my wife, she is getting itching in the area where she passes urine. She does not have any itching if we do not have sex. Can you please guide me ? thanks.

Itching under the scrotum can be due to seborrhoic dermatitis or fungal infection.
Since you are applying Zimig cream for 2 months without any effects, it is better that you consult a Dermatologist (Skin Specialist) to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
Cilpactin has not much of role in such a case and it is making you drowsy, hence better to stop it.
Your Another issue is about your wife. She has itching in the area whee she passes urine and occurs only on intercourse.
The possible causes are:
- Not enough lubrication during intercourse can have more rubbing and mild abrasions leading to itching in this area. Have proper foreplay so that the area is naturally well lubricated.
- Your position during intercourse. Adjust the position in such a way that there is no rubbing over the urethral area or clitoral area.
- Natural sex only.
- Be slow and tender.
- Ask her to clean the area with plain water before and immediately after sex and keep it dry with a cotton cloth or hair dryer.
